How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our Austrlia warehouse are shipped through Australia Post.
Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays. However, please understand that there may be slight delays, depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. We appreciate your understanding.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, when your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking information: shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the tracking site. To track the order, please click on the tracking number on the email or the tracking link on our website. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
